About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Park Industries. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading complex engineering projects, overseeing the design and development of mechanical systems, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to align with company goals.
  • Design and analyze complex mechanical systems, including machine structures, gearboxes, and hydraulics.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert support to customer service, field installation, and sales teams, addressing customer issues with technical proficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior technical role.
  • Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects, including budget and resource management.
  • Deep expertise in mechanical systems design and analysis, including familiarity with CAD and simulation tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent.
