About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Maple Heights Behavioral Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, to promote positive behavioral change and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and to enhance clinical skills.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • State or national licensure as a therapist (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
  • At least two years of experience as a therapist, with a minimum of one year working with the specific population served by Maple Heights Behavioral Health.
  • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
