Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our PACE Home Care team in South Asheville or Brevard. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our team in delivering exceptional service to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide basic nursing care, such as taking vital signs and administering medications
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort
  • Participate in the implementation of nursing care plans, working closely with the registered nurse to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Engage in evidence-based best practices to enhance the patient experience, including SAFETY rounding and communication fundamentals
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
