The ideal candidate will have experience in a related field, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise a team of virtual block specialists to ensure accurate and efficient recording of vehicle and customer information during sales
* Provide administrative support to the auctioneer on sale days from a remote location
* Oversee scheduling through a remote tool
* Establish and maintain close working relationships with auction leadership and virtual block specialist team members
* Collaborate with IT Field Technicians to ensure proper setup and function of the virtual block specialist and arrange for necessary equipment and backup systems
* Manage regional scheduling of VBS while collaborating with the national scheduling center
* Identify issues, solve problems, improve, and measure client experience
* Recruit, select, orient, and counsel virtual block specialist team members

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience in a related field with at least 1 year of experience in a management or lead role
* Strong work ethic, excellent communication and time management skills, and ability to foster productive and professional internal and external business relationships
* Experience in the automobile industry or auction business preferred
