About the Role

Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing innovative solutions for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral challenges. We are seeking a highly skilled Supervising ABA Clinician to join our team of compassionate professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver clinical services using Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) principles to address the unique needs of individuals in our residential and shared living placements.
  • Collaborate with the CSMA team to identify challenges and create support plans to increase positive behaviors and social skills, promoting overall independence.
  • Supervise assigned Behavior Clinicians and participate in the intake process for individuals referred to CSMA programs.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
  • BCBA/LABA, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or related Massachusetts licensure required.
  • In lieu of licensure, ability to obtain license/certification within 90 days of employment required.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, or behavioral challenges required.
