Clinician Job Description

Spectrum Health Systems is seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team in Shirley, MA. As a Clinician, you will provide individual and group clinical services and case management to patients with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide documented individual and group clinical services and case management to patients.
  • Perform assessments and evaluate patients' needs.
  • Provide group treatment to patients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning, case reviews, conferences, and other meetings.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field.
  • Minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience.
  • Licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC I) or CADAC certification preferred.
  • DOC experience preferred.
