Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire plant quality control activities, including raw materials and products.
  • Follow up on environmental programs required by Florida state and government regulations.
  • Supervise daily QC activities related to production.
  • Follow up on the plant QC manual and apply each process as necessary.
  • Follow up on UL audit and ICCES audit requirements.
  • Follow up on annual storm water program (quarterly and yearly).
  • Understand and apply ASTM code related to our products (blocks, panels).
  • Understand and apply storm water program system.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of supervisory lab experience.
  • Concrete/Cement experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of plant production from raw material performance through final inspection.
  • Working knowledge of finished product specifications.
  • Skills for product sampling, inspection, product test planning, and application.
