Key Responsibilities- Provide resident-centered personal care, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing/undressing, in a safe and respectful manner.
- Assist residents with meals and snacks, providing water and supplements as needed, while promoting a positive dining experience.
- Assist residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking, using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Ability to work a part-time evening shift, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
