Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Osceola Medical Center. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care services under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor, RN, or NT/LPN. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the nurse in delivering high-quality patient care, while also coordinating with the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the nurse in carrying out the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinate patient care through collaboration with the nursing team.
  • Provide daily patient cares, activities, and other tasks as delegated by the nursing staff.
  • Monitor and interact frequently with all patient service departments.
  • Utilize interdisciplinary input to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Requirements
  • CNA with current Wisconsin Certification or the ability to obtain.
  • BLS certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year Med/Surg or hospital experience preferred.
Additional Responsibilities

As a Health Unit Coordinator, you will act as the central contact person for the nursing units, performing transcription, clerical, and reception duties. Critical thinking and computer skills are required, as well as a working knowledge of office equipment.
