Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly visits at designated facilities
- Assess patient conditions through physical examinations or telehealth
- Execute medical procedures such as debridement
- Collaborate with facility personnel regarding findings and treatment plans
- Communicate diagnosis and treatment options to patients
- Record patient interactions in EMR - APRIMA
- Coordinate referrals as needed
Required Qualifications:
- MD, DO, PA, CRNP credentials
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active medical license and DEA registration in the state
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient in EMR documentation
- Strong ability to establish rapport with both staff and patients
Projected full-time monthly earnings range from $18,000 to $20,000+
Compensation varies based on provider availability, patient volume, and documentation.
