ExperienceVT Coordinator

Virginia Tech's Division of Student Affairs is seeking a Coordinator for ExperienceVT to join our Residential Well-being team in Blacksburg, VA. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in fostering community, building relationships, and supporting students' well-being and success.

• Build individual coaching relationships with students, getting to know who they are and how they want to be involved on campus.
• Provide additional student support through mentoring, referral to resources, incident response, and on-call duties.
• Collaborate with campus partners to identify opportunities to bring programs, activities, and resources into the residential community.
• Supervise a team of Residential Well-being Student Leaders for ExperienceVT who live and work in the residence halls.

This is a regular twelve-month, 100% administrative professional appointment. You will report to a Managing Director in Residential Well-being and an Assistant Director in the Office of Learning Partnership.

• A competitive salary range of $44,000- $46,000 with an on-campus apartment or $50,000-$52,000.
