Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance student engagement and well-being in residential communities.
  • Build strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff to promote a culture of inclusivity and support.
  • Collaborate with campus partners to identify opportunities for student growth and development.
  • Supervise a team of Residential Well-being Student Leaders to ensure effective program implementation.
  • Conduct individual coaching and mentoring to support students in achieving their goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience working with students in a residential setting.
  • Knowledge of student development theory and practice.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in program development and implementation.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  • Ability to respond effectively to crises and emergencies.
