Job Title: HR Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our client in the manufacturing/distribution industry. This role will focus on payroll, recruiting, and benefits administration for our hourly employees. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR systems, particularly Kronos and SAP SuccessFactors, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for hourly employees with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Administer employee benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR systems, especially Kronos and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior HR experience is preferred.
