About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front End Service Team Supervisor to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #943. As a key member of our front-end service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining store standards, and driving sales growth.
Salary Range: $19-$31 per hour, with additional compensation for performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage front-end service associates to ensure compliance and high-quality customer service.
- Process returns/refunds, conduct financial transactions, and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
