The Middle and Large Commercial Digital Acquisition and Solutions Lead will have a key role in managing relationships, performance, and execution across digital assets for Middle and Large Commercial.

In this visible position, you will be responsible for digital acquisition execution and managing digital distribution relationships. You will ensure the achievement of digital acquisition goals and overall financial performance for assigned distribution relationships.

This role offers a Hybrid work arrangement with office locations in various regional offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset performance monitoring, submission flow, conversion rates, and alignment with targeted portfolio mix
  • Identification, negotiation, onboarding, and integration of new distribution partners
  • Financial performance management
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities

Distribution Management:

  • Building relationships with new distribution partners
  • Development and maintenance of digital distribution strategies
  • Training distribution relationships on digital assets and product capabilities
  • Establishing premium objectives and building partnerships for portfolio growth

Performance Analytics:

  • Generating key performance indicators
  • Monitoring production results and trends
  • Developing knowledge of digital distribution landscape
  • Collaborating with internal teams to monitor pricing and underwriting quality

Strategic Growth:

  • Collaborating on strategic roadmap for digital acquisition growth and digital capabilities
  • Defining KPIs and measuring effectiveness of strategic acquisition
  • Building consistent customer satisfaction and deploying best practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum seven years of experience in Middle and Large Commercial underwriting or distribution management
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Understanding of Insurance technology and contemporary technologies
  • Experience in Digital transformations or Digital acquisition efforts
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics for improved performance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Goal-oriented and competitive
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Compensation:

The annual base pay range varies based on performance and competencies. Additional rewards may include bonuses and incentives. The annualized base pay range for this role is $102,400 - $153,600.
