Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a welcoming environment and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our theater, including concession, box office, kitchen, and ushering areas.
- Employee Development: Recruit, train, develop, and assess the performance of floor staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory counts and ensure that cash registers are accurately managed at the end of each shift.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly theater environment, identifying and addressing any safety or security issues promptly.
- Customer Service: Answer customer questions, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Availability: Available to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays, with regular and consistent attendance required.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with all ages, genders, and personalities, with a strong command of the English language.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly to meet peak demand, and occasionally lift and clean food preparation and soft drink equipment.

This role operates in a fast-paced movie theater environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The pace can be fast, but must always be welcoming. We serve others.
Required Education and Experience- Education: High school diploma, with some college coursework preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of customer service experience and 1 year of employee supervisory experience.
