Job Description

PeopleTec is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Lead to support our Aberdeen, MD location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical/project management of assigned projects or major phases of significant projects by coordinating the efforts of assigned technical staff.
  • Organize projects and task workloads within budget and schedule guidelines.
  • Implement appropriate quality assurance procedures to ensure all task order requirements are delivered in accordance with applicable technical parameters and within budgetary and schedule constraints.
  • Responsible for providing day-to-day management of the task order, monitoring and supervising both prime contractor employees and subcontractor performance.
  • Coordinate and interface with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) and project leads regarding all technical matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum fifteen years of experience and a Bachelor's OR ten years of experience and a Master's degree.
  • Ten years Managing large, technically diverse programs in support of Army or other DoD efforts.
  • Previous experience managing employees.
Desired Skills:
  • Prior experience managing subcontractors.
  • Experience in the development and prototyping of advanced military systems.
  • Experience in coordinating and collaborating with multiple services, commercial firms, and academia.
  • Experience with robotics including autonomous ground and air systems, munitions, and sensors.
