Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
  • Assist the General Manager in maintaining day-to-day financial controls, creating and managing staff schedules, and interviewing, hiring, training, and orienting new team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation
  • High School diploma or equivalent and possession of all required documents
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on customer service
