We're seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to become part of our leading, therapist-owned outpatient clinic. With nearly 60 outpatient facilities and dozens of specialties, Mountain Land therapists treat over 30,000 patients annually.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary: $75,000 - $80,000 starting, with potential to reach $100,000 through revenue sharing.

Role Details:

Diverse outpatient caseload with an average of 12 patients daily.
Innovative care plans: Utilize your creativity to design personalized exercise plans for each patient. Whether developing cutting-edge strategies for athletes returning to their sport or crafting tailored routines for seniors aiming to enjoy longer walks with their grandchildren, you'll have the freedom to innovate and adapt treatments to meet diverse needs.
Collaboration: You will work closely with other therapists in the clinic, as well as external medical providers in the region to ensure the patient is getting the necessary care to reach their goals.

Requirements:

Ability to manage a caseload of 12 patients per day on average
Current PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction)
A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy
