Rocky Vista University in Billings, MT is seeking a

Instructor - Human Anatomy and Physiology (Full-Time)

SALARY:

$90,000 to $135,000+ annually, commensurate with experience and faculty rank. The stated salary range reflects the minimum to midpoint within RVU's compensation framework. The final salary for selected candidates will be determined based on various factors, including skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials. The RVU Rank and Promotions Committee will establish the rank of any selected candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver instruction in human anatomy and physiology, providing mentorship and support to students at the Montana campus across various settings, including classrooms, laboratories, and simulation centers.
  • Engage in diverse methods of curriculum delivery, including video presentations, live in-person and virtual teaching, labs, small group sessions, and simulation activities.
  • Maintain expertise in the discipline through ongoing professional development.
  • Contribute to the University and community by serving on committees, providing leadership, participating in outreach events, and collaborating with professional organizations.
  • Exhibit adaptability, enthusiasm, and a commitment to assisting the University in achieving its mission and vision.
  • Participate in the development, delivery, assessment, and modification of the curriculum.
  • Engage in scholarly activities, including mentoring student research efforts.
  • Assess and evaluate students, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure they meet the standards established by the faculty and college.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback to fellow faculty members.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all professional actions and performance, embodying the RVU Core Values.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative spirit while working with colleagues, supervisors, support staff, and students.
