Licensed Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Care Specialist to join our team at the La Sierra Care Center. This position offers an estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:
This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, with a focus on ensuring their well-being and comfort. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver routine daily nursing care, including checking vital signs, dressing wounds, and inserting catheters
- Listen to residents and their families, address questions/concerns, and perform accurate and detailed charting of resident progress notes
- Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor, assist and supervise CNAs, and ensure equipment is in good operating order
Requirements:
- Completion of LVN training from accredited school or college, valid LVN license in good standing, and valid CPR and BLS card
- Minimum of 1 year of skilled nursing experience preferred, must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
- Ability to use computer or tablet to enter resident data
