Job Description

The Automotive Service Experience Coordinator is a crucial role within our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team and provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering their queries promptly, and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Manage phone calls efficiently by answering, redirecting, and taking messages as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and other essential information using our dealership management system.
  • Produce daily reports on key performance metrics, including sales data and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and collaboration, working closely with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, or hospitality) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems and software applications preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in customer service or sales (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative or Sales Professional).
  • Experience in data entry, report generation, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
