Role SummaryWe are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our patient care initiatives. The ideal candidate will embody qualities such as patience, integrity, and a commitment to education and understanding, ensuring our patients receive the best possible guidance on their journey to improved health.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients, medical assistants, and nursing staff to facilitate effective communication.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments and directing calls appropriately.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring all supplies and equipment are in order.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, employing problem-solving skills to address client concerns and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions as required.
- Utilize active listening and analytical skills to provide top-tier customer service.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including proper phone and email etiquette.
- Quickly learn and effectively use various computer programs.
This position offers a schedule from Monday to Friday, with hours from 12:15 PM to 9:00 PM.
