We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Nocturnist to join our team at UCHealth Medical Group. As a key member of our Hospital Medicine team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership in our nocturnist program.
Responsibilities- Work 160 shifts per year as a full-time Nocturnist, with each shift being 12 hours long and opportunities for extra shifts available.
- Participate in a seven-on-seven off schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
- Provide coverage for two hospitals, Memorial Hospital Central (level 1 trauma) and Memorial Hospital North (level 3 trauma), with a focus on rapid responses, codes, and admissions.
- Support Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who will cover patients at Memorial Hospital - Central and 35-50 patients at Memorial Hospital – North.
- Be board-eligible/certified in Internal Medicine and have a strong passion for hospital medicine.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system, which is used hospital-wide.
- A competitive compensation package, with a pay range of $360,000-$400,000 annually, and opportunities for quality and/or productivity bonuses.
- A relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
