Role Responsibilities
The Behavioral Program Supervisor will:
1. Serve as the primary case supervisor in the field, ensuring effective management of daily operations.
2. Develop and oversee clinical programs tailored to individual client needs.
3. Supervise Behavior Interventionists (BIs) and provide training and support to client caregivers.
4. Maintain compliance with clinical standards and ensure treatment integrity.
5. Participate in organizational initiatives, including training programs and research projects.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Progress towards BCBA certification.
- Strong skills in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical practice.
