- Hotel Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Management
- Manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and growth.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve hotel profitability.
- Guest Services

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software, including ability to use email, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to organize multiple projects, manage and prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage and direct a staff to perform daily job tasks.
