About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our Facades Sales Team. This role requires a deep understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and relationship-building techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and architects to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize Sika products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, promoting Sika products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends, providing insights to inform business decisions.
About You
  • You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • You excel in building relationships, communicating complex ideas, and driving results in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • You are proficient in using CRM software and data analysis tools to track sales performance and customer engagement.
