We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at CHI St Joseph Regional Health Care Center. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our diagnostic imaging department.
Responsibilities- Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including cardiac, HIDA, bone scan, gastric emptying, GI bleed, lung, brain death, and DAT scans.
- Operate and maintain Meditech, Fuji Synapse PACS, and NMIS software and hardware.
- Start IVs as needed.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Participate in department-specific orientation and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and procedures.
- ARRT (N) or NMTCB (CNMT) certification.
- Experience with IV starts and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
