Our Emergency Department, equipped with 47 beds, serves approximately 80,000 to 85,000 patients annually, addressing a diverse array of medical needs.
We are recognized for our efficient, collaborative, and patient-centered approach to care, with a strong focus on enhancing both patient and staff satisfaction.

The Clinical Resource Leader (CRL) is acknowledged as the clinical authority in Emergency Services and serves as a role model for Registered Nurses and all team members under their guidance.
The CRL oversees operations to ensure the safe and efficient management of patient flow through the Emergency Department.
This leader will evaluate the assignment of patient care responsibilities, ensuring that staff members are adequately qualified to meet the needs of their assigned patients.
The CRL will support team members and uphold quality and service excellence for patients, while also facilitating solutions for complex patient care scenarios. They will appropriately delegate workloads and collaborate with management to monitor and enhance staff performance.
Qualifications:
- BSN or related field; candidates currently completing educational requirements may be considered.
- Current RN license in Connecticut is mandatory.
- Charge nurse or supervisory experience is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in Emergency Services.
