Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Plumbing and HVAC Project Estimator to join our team at Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air in Delaware, OH. As a key member of our estimation team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering accurate and timely estimates to our clients.

About the Role

This full-time estimation role involves working closely with our team to gather crucial details for accurate estimates, consulting with clients, reviewing blueprints, and creating detailed cost estimates. You'll also be responsible for managing material orders, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule, and maintaining excellent communication with customers.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing estimating or a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electric, and HVAC systems
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Work Schedule & Location

This role is based in Delaware, OH, with regular hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. You'll enjoy a dynamic mix of office work, onsite visits, and hybrid opportunities, keeping your workday varied and engaging.
