Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking an Operations and Planning Specialist to join our Luxco team in St. Louis, MO. The purpose of this position is to oversee the process of Inventory Planning, Production Scheduling and Export Orders Management.

About the Role:

This person will take the lead on S&OP for assigned segment of MGP. This position will also support domestic customer service and sales analytics, as needed. This position will support the Operations and Planning Director for various duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Scheduling Management:

• Oversee assigned location for production scheduling.
• Schedule weekly production.
• Update and maintain production schedule reports, including tracking daily production figures, revising 12mm sales, documenting shortages, and monitoring for discrepancies and revisions.
• Analyze areas for process improvement.

Export Orders Management:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of export customer orders, addressing customer inquiries, tracking allocations, filling out required documentation, coordinating shipping and requesting proof of export.
• Coordinate containers of product to European fulfillment warehouses based on history and sales analytics of European business.

S&OP Process Management:

• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams of Operations, Sales, Analytics and Finance to align demand, forecast, supply and financial planning for assigned segment of MGP.

QC Hold Log/Off-Site Coordination:

• Work with QC and Rework to address any issues noted on the Finished Good Hold Log.
• Transfer and track materials to offsite facilities, analyze and solve issues regarding sellable inventory.
• Coordinate the rework of specialty goods with offsite workshops, analyzing needs and timing with NPD team.

Miscellaneous Customer Service Reports and Analytics:

• Frequently analyze reports to identify errors or issues with sales orders or inventory, to support Ops Director and Sales VP, as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Master's degree in business, preferred. 3-5 years in Supply Chain Management-Planning/B2B Customer Service. Experienced Microsoft Office and Excel user. Energetic and go-getter attitude/organized/'outside the box' type thinker. Analytical skills for process improvement. Bilingual-English/Spanish speaking, preferred.
