Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Dubuque. As a Sales Representative, you will manage a local sales territory and work with various businesses to identify and close new accounts.

Your estimated salary will be around $60-65k your first year and up to $80k within 2-3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current office technology and propose custom solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client account management.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable products or services by Access Systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of inside, B2C, or B2B sales experience; prospecting and technology knowledge is a plus.
  • Competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented individuals who can take the initiative to go out and be assertive while having charisma.
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, and relationship maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
