Contract Administrator

Talent Software Services is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Management: Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts with suppliers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and innovation.
- Cost Savings and Efficiency: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies in procurement, and implement initiatives to achieve cost reduction and improve overall sourcing effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings, using data analytics to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
- 5-10 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4-8 years with a Master's degree.
- Experience with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations and lifecycle analysis (LCA) is a plus.
