We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Analyst to join our team at MOTOCOL. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities and a wealth of experience in the financial sector.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
- Proven expertise in business process mapping and flow analysis (5-6 years), with the ability to facilitate discussions and capture essential business processes during meetings.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous, though certification is not mandatory.
- Experience in Wealth Management, Brokerage Operations, and Trading (2-3 years) is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business information systems, with a strong understanding of mutual funds.
- Experience with Salesforce is a tentative requirement.
