- Assist customers with hardware and software issues on laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Proactively maintain communication with customers throughout the analysis and resolution process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing daily follow-up and tracking "Open Tickets".
- Perform outlined troubleshooting and information gathering prior to call escalation.
- Complete company/client reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor customer support calls in the call-tracking system and enter new problems or requests into the database.
- Create technical documentation and offer suggestions for inclusion in the department Knowledge Base.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of technical support experience, including extensive support experience in a Windows environment.
- Experience providing software support and troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Ability to effectively communicate with users of varying technical abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
