CNC Maintenance Mechanic

Cascade Pump, a leading manufacturer of low lift high-capacity industrial water pumps, is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Mechanic to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a CNC Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment and inspection.
  • Troubleshooting hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Using machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.
  • Clearly documenting all work in the maintenance management system.
  • Managing outside vendors for service and repairs.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Three years' experience in repair and maintenance of CNC machinery using a variety of hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • One year minimum of experience in lockout tagout and arc flash safety.
  • Fully experienced with all basic hand tools and toolbox.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical procedures.
  • Ability to read part manuals, electrical, and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Knowledge of CNC machine design and operation.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak clearly and effectively with other employees.
