YOUR ROLE

As a PM Mobile Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for providing maintenance and support services to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our automated systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-class maintenance and support services to our customers
  • Resolving electro-mechanical faults and failures
  • Providing 24-hour maintenance support to customers
  • Collaborating with customers' on-site maintenance departments to ensure efficient response to customer needs
  • Participating in site-related meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration with customers
  • Providing emergency breakdown and maintenance support
  • Creating strong, effective working relationships with customers and their operational agents
  • Achieving performance standards for output, speed of response, and quality of repair and workmanship
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in a relevant industry or service
  • Valid driving license
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
  • Proven track record working independently and on customers' sites
