YOUR ROLEAs a PM Mobile Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for providing maintenance and support services to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our automated systems. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-class maintenance and support services to our customers
- Resolving electro-mechanical faults and failures
- Providing 24-hour maintenance support to customers
- Collaborating with customers' on-site maintenance departments to ensure efficient response to customer needs
- Participating in site-related meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration with customers
- Providing emergency breakdown and maintenance support
- Creating strong, effective working relationships with customers and their operational agents
- Achieving performance standards for output, speed of response, and quality of repair and workmanship
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 6 years' experience in a relevant industry or service
- Valid driving license
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- Proven track record working independently and on customers' sites
