Job OverviewAt Spark Talent Inc, we're seeking a skilled Die Setter to join our team. As a key member of our pressroom operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth setup and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment.Key Responsibilities
  • Verify die maintenance is performed according to the die tag.
  • Confirm the Spectrum is set up correctly for each setup.
  • Follow die setting procedures for each press, updating set-up sheets as needed.
  • Keep presses stocked with materials.
  • Document piece counts at the end of each run, shift change, or job change.
  • Monitor the visual and gage quality of presses in assigned areas.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Skilled with hand and power tools.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Computer operating and programming skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Forklift experience.
  • Part inspection skills.
