Die Setter

We are seeking a skilled Die Setter to join our team at Spark Talent Inc. As a Die Setter, you will be responsible for verifying die maintenance, confirming Spectrum setup, and following die setting procedures.

• Verify die maintenance has been done according to the die tag.
• Confirm that the Spectrum is set-up correctly for that particular set-up.
• Follow die setting procedure according to for each press, verifying at the same time that set-up sheets are updated and/or changed if needed.
• Keep presses stocked with materials.
• Document piece counts for the end of each run, shift change and/or changing of job.
• Observe the visual and gage quality of the presses in an assigned area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Skilled with both hand and power tools.
• Must possess demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Computer operating and programming skills.

• Forklift Experience.
• Part Inspection.
