Plumber Specialist

Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team. As a Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and testing plumbing systems and fixtures to ensure proper operation and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

• Install and assemble piping systems, fixtures, and appliances.
• Set up and test plumbing systems and fixtures for proper operation.
• Install and connect water supply lines, waste systems, and other plumbing components.
• Inspect plumbing systems for issues such as leaks, blockages, or damaged components.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent future problems and ensure the longevity of plumbing systems.
• Repair or replace faulty pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing parts.
• Address and resolve issues related to water pressure, drainage, and sanitation.
• Diagnose plumbing problems using tools and equipment such as pipe cameras, pressure gauges, and augers.
• Develop effective solutions and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements.
• Communicate with clients to explain problems and solutions in a clear and professional manner.
• Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent.

• Valid journeyman plumber license.
• Familiarity with industry standards and practices.
• Advanced experience working as a plumber.
• Proficiency in installing and repairing plumbing systems, reading blueprints, and using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues effectively.
• Understanding of local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear explanations of plumbing issues and solutions.

The job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife.
