As a Healthcare Professional at Bethesda Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

Job Summary:

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. As a CNA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, including assistance with daily activities, vital sign monitoring, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that each resident receives personalized attention and care tailored to their unique needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $43,500 - $53,500 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as meals, exercises, and leisure activities
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols and reporting any hazards or concerns
Requirements:
  • Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state of employment
  • CPR certification required, or willingness to obtain within six months of employment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and transfer patients safely
