Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Care Partner/CNA to provide high-quality care and support to our senior residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide care and assistance to residents with various activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
* Assist residents with medication management, vital signs, and documentation.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate resident care with healthcare providers.
* Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their overall well-being.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in nursing assistance preferred.
* 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Ability to lift and transfer residents, as well as perform other physical demands of the role.
