About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, reducing complaints and increasing loyalty.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and recommendations for improving service delivery.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, informing decision-making and optimizing service operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs to equip agents with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Identify and prioritize projects to drive business growth, working closely with management to allocate resources and measure success.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering results-driven initiatives and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.

Compensation Package:
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of $95,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
