Job Description Nurse Practitioner - Family & Women's HealthWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in family medicine and women's health, with a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, and preventive health screenings.
- Manage women's health issues, such as gynecological exams, contraception counseling, and prenatal care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (Oregon) with Prescriptive Privileges.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Provider Basic Life Support Card (BLS).
- Experience in family medicine and women's health preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
