We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Moonlight Medical, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive psychiatric and mental health services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.
- Conduct regular patient evaluations, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- At least 2 years of experience in psychiatric-mental health nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
