About the Role

The Security Specialist, under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, ensures that our company's standards and policies are met in all field services, operations, and functions in assigned areas, including site inspections, emergency response, camera review, client liaison, and special projects. All duties must be performed in accordance with client policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and professional work environment for clients' employees and guests.
  • Provide escort and patrol services to secure assigned posts.
  • Respond quickly to incidents and emergencies.
  • Represent our brand, clients, and ourselves in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • State Guard Certification and all client-requested certifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
  • Maintain uniform attire and grooming standards while in uniform.
