Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The Laurels of Coldwater. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care to our residents, while also supervising and mentoring our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Nursing Care Team: Supervise and coordinate the care provided by our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other team members.
- Medication Management: Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to our residents.
- Health Assessments: Assess the health of our residents and notify our physicians of any changes in their status, promptly implementing new orders.
- Develop Care Plans: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident assessments, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
- Certifications: CPR certification.
