Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nursing Officer to join our team at Ascension Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our nursing team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Ascension policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement education and training programs for nursing staff
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing required
  • 5 years of experience in nursing leadership required
  • Nurse Executive certification preferred
