Your Responsibilities:
This role involves collaborating with various teams on commercial parking lots, urban streets, county roads, and interstate highways.
- Tasked with establishing lane closures on high-traffic projects in compliance with regulations and under the guidance of your Supervisor.
- Assist in managing and directing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles, hand signals, and flags according to trained protocols.
- Be prepared to support the crew with manual labor tasks as required.
Skills Required:
Experience. We are open to training the right candidate on the daily operations of traffic management. Previous experience in road construction within high-traffic environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Knowledge of Best Practices. Familiarity with general principles and practices of industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production is preferred.
Flexibility. Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours based on customer and company needs. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and tolerate exposure to loud sounds is essential.
Ready to Drive. A valid driver's license is required.
