Key Responsibilities:

  • Process issue tickets that cannot be automated, adhering to industry rules and regulations.
  • Ensure accurate airline and client-specific entries.
  • Coach agents on records with missing or incorrect entries.
  • Manage unused ticket processes, verifying correct routing and distribution of reports.
  • Handle exceptions, obtain and track waivers.
  • Process name changes for key accounts.
  • Conduct research on ticketing and operations questions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ticketing on Travelport Worldspan.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Sabre and Travelport + experience a plus.
  • Prior experience with automated QC programs desired but not required.
  • Prior experience with Unused Ticketing Programs desired but not required.
